Summer's Bounty

Cool winds descended last night relieving several weeks of sultry hot air. The garden is on the wane and is generously filling the larder with fruits, flowers, and veggies. The challenge now is to keep up with the harvesting and preserving! Onions are drying, Potatoes are mostly dug and in the cellar, and Sauerkraut will soon be in the making. Nature is ever generous.......
